自治体の家事支援制度ご利用時のご注意事項

文京区・葛飾区の助成金ご利用の場合

・利用券につきましては、有効期限をご確認のうえ、裏面の必要事項をご記入済みのものをスタッフへ作業時間数分の枚数をお渡しください。
（お渡し頂けなかった場合や、お渡し頂いた利用券の枚数が不足していることが判明した場合は、郵送料をご負担のうえ作業実施日から3日以内に弊社宛にご郵送いただきます。
ご対応いただけない場合は助成金対象外となり通常料金でご請求させていただきますので予めご了承くださいませ。）
・作業時間中は、必ずご在宅をお願いいたします。
・キャンセル料につきましては、以下の規定に基づきご請求いたします。
文京区： 利用日の２営業日前の17：00までのキャンセル　0円
利用日の１営業日前の17：00までのキャンセル　利用料の半額
利用日の１営業日前の17：00以降のキャンセル　利用料の全額
葛飾区： 利用予定日の前々日17 時まで 0円
利用予定日の前々日17 時以降 300 円

【When Using Subsidies from Bunkyo Ward or Katsushika Ward】

・Please confirm the expiration date of your subsidy vouchers. Provide the required number of vouchers to our staff for the duration of the work, ensuring all necessary information is filled out on the back.
(If you fail to provide the vouchers or if the number provided is insufficient, you must mail the required number to our company within 3 days of the work date at your own expense.
Please note that failure to comply will result in disqualification from the subsidy program, and you will be billed at the standard rate.)
・Please ensure someone is present at the residence during the scheduled work hours.
・Cancellation fees will be charged according to the following policy:
Bunkyo Ward: Cancellations by 5:00 PM two business days prior to the scheduled date: ¥0
Cancellation by 5:00 PM one business day prior to the service date: Half the service fee
Cancellation after 5:00 PM one business day prior to the service date: Full service fee
Katsushika Ward: Cancellation by 5:00 PM two days prior to the scheduled service date: ¥0
Cancellation after 5:00 PM two days prior to the scheduled service date: ¥300
