The location

Kōtō occupies a position on the waterfront of Tokyo Bay sandwiched between the wards of Chūō and Edogawa. Its inland boundary is with Sumida. Much of the land is reclaimed, The northern part is old reclaimed land, and the elevation is very low（below sea level）. The southern part is relatively new. and it has 3-5m elevation, but there are few old temples or shrines.

We tried Pinay’s housekeeping trial service. She cleaned the shower room, bathroom and kitchen where we usually don’t clean much, in 2 hours. The shower room was remarkably beautiful after she cleaned. I appreciate also that she cleaned thoroughly in the kitchen especially on exhaust fan with sticky oil.

The housekeeper was sent to our home soon after I ordered. She seems cheerful and greeted in well manner. I was amazed that she made our shower room perfectly clean until no dirt can be found.

Lite plan is really cheap but I’m satisfied that the their cleaning is perfect for me. They keep my key but their security system is reliable that they have theft and loss insurance in case of emergency.
