Official Policy in Response to State of Emergency

Dear clients

 

According to the state of emergency by Prime Minister of Japan on April 7,
we would like to announce our policies and special arrangements of our service.

 

 

We have been providing the service to our clients consistently during the spread of corona virus as we are highly determined that our service is a necessary life-line infrastructure in which we can be committed to maintaining living standard of our clients.

 

 

However, under the state of emergency, we have officially determined that our corporate mission will be to prioritize the safety and health of our clients and employees as well as cooperating with the prevention of the virus spread. Therefore, after serious consideration, we will officially inform you that we will not accept any service applications of new clients and will only provide our service to our regular clients during the state of emergency. Please check the following carefully.

 

 

■ Arrangements for Our Service

 

Period: April 8 to May 6, 2020

(This may be changed according to circumstances.)

 

【1】Regular Monthly Plan/ Lite Plan

 

・The schedules will come into operation as normal.

・If service suspension or cancellation is due to the virus infection,
we will accept the request immediately. The service fee of your cleaning
schedule will be fully refunded or canceled out from your payment bill.

・Please consider that our housekeepers may arrive late
due to decrease in the number of railway and bus operations.

・We will consider extending the expiration date of service postponement
according to the circumstances of the state of emergency.

・We will only accept applications of service contract or cleaning trial.
However, the applications will be carried out after May 7, 2020.

 

 

【2】Prime Outlet Plan

 

・ Under the state of emergency, we have already stopped accepting
applications as of 12am, Tuesday April 7.

・If you have already reserved our service, it will come into operation as normal.
If you would like to cancel, we will consider it immediately and the cancellation fee
will be fully refunded. If you reserved with coupon tickets, we will cancel the use of ticket.

・Please consider that our housekeepers may arrive late
due to decrease in the number of railway and bus operations.

・We will consider extending expiration date of the coupon ticket
according to the circumstances of the state of emergency.

 

【3】Support Centre

 

・During the state of emergency, we will accept your inquiries only by e-mail

or LINE. Inquiries by phone will be unavailable as we have adopted
a telework operation in response to the state of emergency.

【4】Official Prevention Measure Against Corona Virus

 

Please check the following:

 

(1) the wearing of respiratory masks while on duty and commuting.

(2) Hand washing and gargling before and after work in your house.
(3) Coughing manners *1
(4) Temperature check-up every morning *2

*2 If it reaches 37 degrees Celsius or higher, the employee will be prohibited from working.

 

 

Housekeepers are obligated to inform the company immediately
under the following circumstances.

 

 

(1) Housekeepers or their share mates are confirmed infected.

 

(2) Housekeepers or their share mates are diagnosed with an infection
or are in contact with *3 (see below) or with those who are infected
over the past 14 days.

 

*3 Please see the following cases of those who are infected
or are in contact with the infected:

 

・Those who have had either direct or indirect contact with those
who are suspicious of infection, such as in an airplane and a car.

・Those who were involved in nursing or daycare service with those
who are suspicious of infection.

・Those who have had any possibility of contact with water
or blood from those who are suspicious of infection.

・Those who have had any direct contact with the infected people
within a close distance, such as handshaking.

 

(3) Housekeepers are confirmed to have entered and departed from abroad

or are diagnosed with any symptoms after the contact with those from abroad.

 

(4) Other than the above, housekeepers with any suspicious symptoms.

 

 


【5】Request to Our Clients

 

Your cooperation under the following circumstances will be highly appreciated.

 

・Please put considerable effort in hand washing and gargling.

・If you have travelled abroad with existing symptoms,
please inform public health institute immediately.

・Regardless of whether you have the Corona virus infection or not,
if you feel sick, please go and see the doctor immediately.

・If you or your family members are infected or suspect that you have an infection,
please refrain from using our service.

 

 


These service arrangements above may be changed in accordance with
circumstances or governmental announcement.
