【重要】港区産前産後家事・育児支援サービスをご利用の方へ
2025年10月より、港区産前産後家事・育児支援サービスが「電子クーポン方式」に変更されています。
助成金を使う場合は必ずご確認ください。
登録がない場合、助成金が適用されませんのでご注意くださいませ。
【1. ご利用前に必要な登録（初回のみ）】
① 専用サービスで利用登録
・港区から届いた「10月以降の新ID」を登録
・登録がないと助成金が使えません
※9月20日前後に港区から封書が届いているご案内です。未登録の方が多く見受けられるため、今一度ご確認ください。
※封書が届いていない場合は港区子ども家庭支援センターへお問い合わせください（03-5962-7201）
【2. ご利用当日の手続き（毎回必要）】
② 作業開始前：スタッフ提示のQRコードを読み取る
・その場でクーポン、利用時間、利用日時を選択
・登録時間と実際の作業時間が異なる場合は港区側で修正されます
・同一IDで1日2回の利用はできません
③ 作業開始後：ピナイから届く「作業確認メール」で確認ボタンを押す
・押し忘れると助成金が適用されない可能性があります
※QRコード読み取りと作業確認メールは、助成金適用に必須です。
※QRコードは作業確認メールにも表示されます。作業前に登録を忘れた場合は、当日中に必ず読み取りを行ってください。
※10月・11月に上記の手続きをされなかったお客様については、現在、港区と調整の上で修正対応を行っております。
そのため、現在マイページに表示されているクーポン残数は、数日以内に変更される可能性があります。
万が一、期限切れや利用時間の超過が判明した場合は、作業翌月の中旬以降に改めてご連絡いたします。
なお、12月以降の修正対応は一切できませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
【よくあるお問い合わせ】
・QRコードが提示されない → スタッフにお声がけください
・QRコードが読み取れない／クーポン発行ができない → 港区に直接お問い合わせください（03-5962-7201）
【残り利用時間について（重要）】
他社サービス利用分は弊社で確認できない場合があります。残時間はお客様ご自身で管理をお願いいたします。
作業開始時にQR読み取りを行った際、残時間が不足していた場合は必ず弊社サポートチームへご連絡ください。
その場合は、原則として規定のキャンセル料（2,475円／1時間）＋交通費実費にてキャンセル対応となります。
ただし、清掃作業をご希望の場合は助成金なしの正規料金にて作業を継続可能です。

⚠️ IMPORTANT – For Customers Using the Prenatal and Postnatal Housework and Childcare Support Service
If you plan to use the subsidy, please read carefully.
Since October, Minato City’s subsidy system has changed to digital coupons.
If you are not registered, the subsidy cannot be applied.
1. First-time registration (once only)
* Register your new ID from Minato City in the official app/service.
* Without registration, the subsidy cannot be used.
* If you did not receive the letter, contact Minato City: 03-5962-7201
2. On the day of service (every time)
Before the service
* Scan the QR code shown by the staff.
* Select your coupon, time, and date.
* You cannot use the same ID more than once a day.
* If the registered time differs from actual work time, Minato City will correct it.
After the service starts
* You will receive a Work Confirmation Email from Pinay.
* Press the Confirm button.
* Forgetting this may prevent the subsidy from being applied.
⚠ QR scan + confirmation email are required for the subsidy.
If you forget, complete it on the same day using the email link.
Special Note for October & November
For customers who did not complete the procedures in October or November:
* We are currently working with Minato City to make corrections.
* The coupon balance shown in My Page may be updated within the next few days.
* If any expired or exceeded usage time is found, we will contact you around the middle of the following month.
* No corrections can be made for December or later, so please be aware.

Remaining time (Important)
* We may not be able to check time used with other services.
* Please manage your remaining time yourself.
* If your remaining time is insufficient when scanning the QR:
* Contact our support team.
* Normally, the visit will be canceled with 2,475 JPY/hour + transportation.
* If you want the cleaning, it can continue at regular price (no subsidy).
