Phone Interview & Schedule Arrangement
Our concierge will contact you by phone to discuss your requirements in detail and arrange the trial cleaning (Cleaning Trial Plan) schedule.
Processing applications sequentially
Trial Cleaning
The staff member who will be in charge of your regular cleaning will visit and perform a 2-hour trial cleaning.
※Usually ¥5,000 (Tax & Transportation Incl.), FREE during the campaign period!
Contract Signing
If you are satisfied with the trial cleaning, we will proceed with the contract.
Start Regular Service
Regular service begins according to the contract details. Our bilingual Japanese operators will provide follow-up support.
