About Pinay Housekeeping Service
Government-Certified Filipino Housekeeping Service
Launched in 2013, Pinay Housekeeping Service is Japan’s pioneer in specialized Filipino housekeeping services. In 2017, we became the first company certified by both Tokyo and Kanagawa prefectures under the “Utilization of Foreigners Conducting Housekeeping Services” program, a national strategic special zones initiative promoted by the Cabinet Office.
We maintain partnerships with Filipino housekeeping training and dispatch organizations, accepting only personnel who have completed our proprietary training program to provide housekeeping services tailored to Japanese households.
About the Utilization of Foreigners Conducting Housekeeping Services
This program allows specified organizations to employ foreign nationals for housekeeping support activities under the management of a third-party council within National Strategic Special Zones. It aims to promote women’s participation in the workforce, address housekeeping support needs, and contribute to medium to long-term economic growth.

The Philippines has a national qualification system for housekeeping, and all our staff members are certified professionals.
At Pinay Housekeeping Service, we partner with local training and dispatch organizations in the Philippines. We only hire staff as full-time employees who have completed approximately six months (600 hours) of training and passed rigorous screening before coming to Japan.

Housekeeping Service Certification
Pinay Housekeeping Service is a certified housekeeping service provider.
In March 2023, our Regular Long-term Plan* received housekeeping service certification. We are the 10th certified service provider nationwide and the 7th in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
As a third-party certified high-quality service provider, we continue to improve our services to bring more smiles to our clients’ homes.

This certification system was established by the Japan Housekeeping Service Association and the Japanese Standards Association to certify businesses that provide safe and reliable housekeeping services.
It is a third-party certification service conducted by both associations to evaluate and publish housekeeping service quality, helping users make efficient and rational choices in selecting service providers.
