House cleaning (air conditioners, floor waxing, range hood interior), elderly/patient care, DIY/repairs, garden pruning, telephone reception, massage, cash handling/banking, driving, negotiation with others, security escort, security patrol, dangerous work (heavy lifting), high-place work, walking large dogs or exotic animals (monkeys, reptiles, etc.)

All our cleaning staff are Filipino nationals employed as full-time employees with verified backgrounds. For privacy and security, they submit both a Personal Background Guarantee and Confidentiality Agreement, and undergo thorough internal training.

What about property damage insurance?

We are insured by Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance for potential property damage, with coverage up to ¥50 million.
