This monthly subscription plan features the same staff member visiting at fixed days and times. As visits continue, we learn your preferences and areas of concern, aiming to reduce your household burden. Special campaign offers currently available!

Pinay Housekeeping Service’s Regular Plan has obtained the “Housekeeping Service Certification” through evaluation by a third-party organization.

In March 2023, Pinay Housekeeping Service’s Regular Plan received the Housekeeping Service Certification.
We are the 10th company nationwide and the 7th in the Tokyo metropolitan area to receive this certification.
As a high-quality service certified by a third-party organization, Pinay Housekeeping Service continues to improve to bring more smiles to our customers’ homes.

The Housekeeping Service Certification is a system established by the Japan Housekeeping Service Association and Japanese Standards Association to certify providers of safe and reliable housekeeping services.

Monthly Fee Calculation

Our monthly fees are determined by service frequency and duration.

*For billing consistency, we calculate monthly visits as follows:
For 1-3 times per week: Average of 4.3 weeks per month (based on 52 weeks per year)
For 4 or more times per week: Average of 4.1 weeks per month (based on 49 weeks per year)*

What about property damage insurance?

We are insured by Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance for potential property damage, with coverage up to ¥50 million.

Why do you recommend regular service?

Unlike house cleaning services that deal with accumulated dirt, our housekeeping service helps with your daily household tasks. Having the same staff visit regularly allows us to understand your preferences and concerns, improving service quality with each visit. Regular service cycles aim to reduce your daily household burden.

Can I request specific staff members?

Yes, you can request staff members you’ve previously worked with through the Spot Plan or Prime Outlet Plan (subject to staff availability). If you don’t have a preference, we’ll suggest staff members who match your preferred schedule.

What if I need to cancel or change the service time suddenly?

Cancellations are accepted until 5:00 PM two days before the scheduled service. Cancelled sessions can be rescheduled for another day.

What areas do you serve?

We provide services in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area and parts of Kanagawa Prefecture, though some areas may not be covered. Please check our service area page for details.
