By utilizing these time slots, we can offer our services at lower prices. While you’ll need to make reservations each time and be present to provide instructions, you’ll benefit from more affordable rates. First-time users can currently enjoy a ¥1,000 discount!

Available Services

Each booking is for 3 hours of service, covering the following tasks.
A Filipino staff member will visit your home, and you’ll need to be present to provide instructions. All staff members are bilingual in Japanese and English.

Service time extensions are not available
Customer must be present during service
We reserve the right to decline service in cases of:
Unsanitary conditions
Unsafe conditions
No service available on Sundays and during New Year holidays

Services Not Available

 

House cleaning (air conditioners, floor waxing, range hood interior), elderly/patient care, DIY/repairs, garden pruning, telephone reception, massage, cash handling/banking, driving, negotiation with others, security escort, security patrol, dangerous work (heavy lifting), high-place work, walking large dogs or exotic animals (monkeys, reptiles, etc.)
