Due to the reclassification of COVID-19 as a Class 5 infectious disease from May 8th, 2023, we would like to inform you that we will be making the following changes to our infection control measures.
■ Infection Control Measures for Our Staff
①Wearing a face mask while working
・As a general rule, the decision will be made by the staff.
・If you still want the staff to wear a face mask, please contact the support team separately.
②Temperature checks will be conducted every morning, and if it exceeds 37.5 degrees, the staff will be prohibited from coming to cleaning.
③Hand washing and gargling will be conducted when visiting customers house upon arrival.
④If the staff is infected with COVID-19, they will be prohibited from coming to cleaning based on the doctor’s judgment.
■ Request for Infection Control Measures for Customers
We ask for your cooperation in the following infection prevention measures and responses for safe service implementation.
・If you or someone living with you may have been infected with COVID-19, please refrain from using our services until your safety is confirmed.
・Regarding wearing masks during service implementation, we leave it to the customer’s decision.
