 At Pinay Housekeeping Service, we prohibit the following actions during service, regardless of intent or negligence, to ensure the safe and secure execution of tasks by our staff:

【Prohibited acts during service】

■ Physical harassment

Words, actions, or behaviors that cause harm or physical pain to the staff.

 Examples:

・Hitting, kicking, slapping, throwing objects.

・Pulling, grabbing.

・Making loud noises, such as threatening, yelling, or hitting things

■ Psychological Harassment

Defamation of staff, threatening or defamatory behavior, excessive or unreasonable demands to staff

 Examples:

・Giving orders in strong words, verbally abusing, yelling, making derogatory remarks.

・Engaging in discriminatory acts or making discriminatory statements based on appearance, beliefs, race, religion, nationality, etc.

・Displaying an overbearing attitude.

・Taking photos or videos without consent (voyeurism) and sharing them.

・Creating a difficult working situation due to excessive alcohol or drug consumption.

・Demanding an excessive workload that clearly cannot be completed within the service time, or imposing restrictions.

・Imposing time or location restrictions beyond reasonable limits.

・Negating the proposals or actions of others while failing to provide specific suggestions or requests of one’s own.

・Requesting apologies without reasonable grounds.

■ Sexual Harassment

Actions involving physical contact, lewd remarks, or acts of sexual harassment towards staff members.

 Examples:

・Physical touching or contact.

・Solicitation of sexual relationships or intercourse.

・Stalking or persistent harassment.

・Being partially or fully naked, or in revealing clothing.

・Leaving sexual objects in visible areas.

・Inquiring about private personal information.

■ Unsanitary Conditions

Situations where the hygiene aspect is compromised to an extent that it hinders service delivery.

 Examples:

・Leaving a large number of pests or their remains unattended.

・Allowing excessive mold growth beyond a certain threshold.

・Neglecting human or pet waste, including feces or vomit.

・Leaving used sanitary products or diapers unattended.

・Leaving items soaked in liquids or stained with blood.

・Neglecting foul odors or decaying substances.

・Leaving a large amount of garbage unattended.

■ Harassment towards Customer Service

Acts of making unreasonable demands on a company or its employees by taking advantage of being a customer.

 Examples:

・Verbally abusing operators with derogatory language.

・Making excessive and unjustified demands or false accusations.

・Blame for threatening behavior or verbal abuse

・Request for special treatment

■ Other Inappropriate Behaviors

Other acts that hinder the operation or provision of the service, or acts deemed inappropriate by our company.

In the event that prohibited actions are discovered, whether intentional or unintentional, our company may take appropriate measures, such as immediately interrupting or suspending service provision, terminating contracts, or taking other actions deemed necessary, without prior notice.
